Beta tester terms

These terms apply when you apply for or take part in the ROAVY beta tester programme. ROAVY is operated by No Hands Automation. By applying to test ROAVY, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Version: 2026-07-23.

Voluntary testing

Taking part is voluntary. You are not employed by us, acting as our agent, or entitled to payment, expenses, rewards, or any guaranteed benefit unless we separately agree that in writing.

Beta software

ROAVY is pre-release software. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, interruptions, compatibility issues, errors, or data loss risks. We may change, suspend, withdraw, or reset any beta feature, download, access route, or tester process at any time.

Safety

You must use ROAVY safely and responsibly. Do not use the app while riding, driving, moving in traffic, or doing anything where looking at or handling a phone could distract you or put anyone at risk. Stop somewhere safe and legal before using the app.

You are responsible for following all road laws, device-use laws, insurance requirements, venue rules, and local regulations that apply to you.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, screenshots, reports, or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve ROAVY without owing you payment or any other compensation. You should not send anything confidential or anything you do not have the right to share.

Access and future benefits

We currently intend to offer lifetime access to beta testers where practical, but this is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to change, withdraw, limit, replace, or charge for access, features, plans, or benefits at any time without notice.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that ROAVY will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with your device, or include any specific feature. The beta is provided for testing and feedback.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, device issues, interruption, or losses caused by unsafe or unlawful use of ROAVY.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights.

Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Tester applications and beta feedback are used to select testers, operate the beta, contact you, and improve ROAVY.
